CreatBot Introduces the PEEK-300 High-Temp 3D Printer

CreatBot, a Chinese 3D printer manufacturer, offers its solution for working with high-temperature demanding materials, the PEEK-300. 

This machine is designed to handle high temperatures at a price lower than most of the similar solutions on the market. It supports working with PEEK, PEL and PEKK.

Below is the list of high-temperature printing related features of the PEEK-300.

• Dual-extrusion

• High-temp nozzles that can heat up to 500°C and feature liquid cooling

• A print bed that can heat up to 200°C, it’s covered with carbon fiber

• 120°C of ambient temperature in the build chamber 

• A 400°C proprietary DAS (direct annealing system)

Direct Annealing System (DAS)

This proprietary solution prevents a part from cooling too quickly, since it can cause defects, warping and other issues. It’s even more relevant for bigger parts.

This annealing system heats the print up to 400°C. Then it slowly decreases the temperature, ensuring a safe removal process. This solution, combined with an ambient 120°C print chamber temperature results in optimal adhesion and stronger parts. 

PEEK-300 Main Features
