Github не будь злом

В последнюю неделю случайно набрёл, на контент откровенно нарушающий сразу два пункта https://docs.github.com/en/github/site-policy/github-acceptable-use-policies

• is unlawful or promotes unlawful activities;

• directly supports unlawful active attack or malware campaigns that are causing technical harms — such as using our platform to deliver malicious executables or as attack infrastructure, for example by organizing denial of service attacks or managing command and control servers — with no implicit or explicit dual-use purpose prior to the abuse occurring; or

речь идет про список различных российских сайтов и призыв к DDos атаке (кто хочет пруф легко найдет в гугле по ключевым словам).

Несколько репортов от меня и от друзей ничего не дали (я сомневаюсь что мы были единственными), не пришла даже официальная отписка (я полагаю двух дней вполне достаточно для разбирательства такого простого случая).

Собственно политизированность github, всплывает не первый раз, допустим вот жалоба разработчика из Ирана:

Так же для тех кто не посещает реддит канал «r/linux», приведу реакцию бота на публикацию любых источников указывающих на github.com:

Сам Github высказал свою позицию по поводу призывов блокировать разработчиков из России:

В официальном заявлении было сказано следующее:

«We are enforcing our Acceptable Use Policies and Community Guidelines to make GitHub safe for everyone.»

То есть, они настаивают на соблюдении собственных правил.
