Two problems why you are not selling Internationally

My name is Paul Karol and I work as a director in a Russian IT company that mostly sells their products in the international market.

I have been deeply involved in a project and I haven’t had time to write here lately.  

But out of this work came an understanding of two very large Mistakes that are being made that prevent your pre-sales from succeeding. 

I’m going to go into deeper detail on each one of these issues in the next articles, but I will introduce them here now.

Let me make you a promise….. if you correct these two issues, your software and development projects will sell.  

**I have a proven track record. If these areas are fixed the company begins to sell 150 % more than they’ve ever sold in the past. 

150% more profits! 

  1. Problem # one:   Not giving a yes, when asked about how to begin, in a pre-sale meeting. 

This is so important and I have seen many pre-sale meetings from different IT companies, not succeeding because of this. 

Eastern Europeans are reserved and they would rather not say anything until they’re absolutely sure. 

But this is killing your sales! 

  1. Problem # Two:  Not showing your highest quality work in an open and professional way in your marketing materials. 

I promise I will go into deep detail in one of my next articles about this. The problem is clout/prestige…… OK let’s get right down to it…..believability

You are talking to a company who has just met your company and they are looking at your marketing materials and talking with you on the phone and then presale meetings. 

What do you think they are thinking?  

 Let’s think about this together.  

They are wondering if you are real …..and if you are professional. 

The more you can do to alleviate these fears and prove that you are a real, professional, international company the easier the sale will be. 

So many of the IT companies that I work with are making these mistakes and I have been struggling with it for the past six months.
